Bianca is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department, where she focuses on complex commercial litigation. Born and raised in Miami, Bianca earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude in the top twentieth percentile of her class. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Writing and Rhetoric from the University of Central Florida, graduating magna cum laude.
During her time in law school, Bianca served as a Managing Editor of the Florida Law Review and received book awards in Appellate Advocacy and Professional Responsibility. In addition, she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Trial Practice. As a proud Cuban-American, Bianca was also an active member of the UF Law’s Cuban American Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Bianca worked in-house as a law clerk at Ryder System, Inc. and MasTec, Inc. Bianca worked at Carey Rodriguez as a summer law clerk in 2019 and joined the firm as an associate attorney after her law school graduation.
