Ethan B. Rodriguez

Ethan’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on international fraud, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, securities fraud, and commercial contracts. Ethan assists in the representation of clients from around the globe, helping to find solutions and trace assets in contentious and complicated matters that often involve parallel proceedings in various jurisdictions including the British Virgin Islands, Jersey, Cayman Islands, and the Americas. Ethan brings a determined and results-oriented approach to his cases, putting the best interests of his client at the forefront of his litigation strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Ethan interned at the United States Attorneys’ Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, compiling evidence and conducting legal research for prosecutors in the criminal division preparing for trial. Ethan also gained experience in the offices of the General Counsel for a large publicly traded corporation, before turning his attention to the needs of Carey Rodriguez’ clients.

Ethan obtained his law degree at the Beasley School of Law where he was granted a Certificate in Business Law and participated in the school’s integrated trial advocacy program. Prior to earning his Juris Doctor, Ethan attended The Catholic University of America where his studies were focused on international economics and finance, and he was a member of the university’s men’s lacrosse program. Ethan is a Miami native, and speaks Spanish.
